Where's The Beef?

Our grass fed beef is not your average, run-of-the-mill beef cows. No, they are special and heres why. Our cows (actually they're steers which have higher marbling than cows meaning more flavor) are unique. We only raise Red Devon and Red Devon/Black Angus mix cows for our grass fed beef.

The reason is simple; tender, delicious, succulent beef!

You see, not all "cows" are created equally. Yes they all have four legs, a head and tail and body. But when you dig deeper you'll discover that the genetics of the animals can differ significantly.

Red Devon's have consistently rated superior for fine eating qualities due to their unique ability to convert grass into healthy fat. That's right, healthy fat is a byproduct of these amazing animals.

Fat (marbling) is what gives meat it's delicious flavor and the Red Devon's excell at building healthy fat on grass. Once you're tried Red Devon beef you won't go back to anything else!
